Yesterday YDE (Young Designer's Emporium)had a R99 sale. I missed that sale by one day, i went on the 50% off day. I'm really happy that I did not wait till yesterday to go shopping especially since stock was lacking on Saturday already. I know for a fact this dress would have been sold out had I waited.



I must admit that I was in two minds before purchasing it...but that all changed once I tried it on!!!

These pearls were purchased at Klein's 50% sale. The bracelets are actually a loose set of three.



The black long sleeve top was initially attached to the dress. I cut it loose in preparation for summer (as well as the fact that it was aission to pput on)Now I can wear it as a top or even a dress-two items for the price of one :)



The rouged, scrunchy effect of the dress is something which I've learned to love by watching Gossip Girl. I had a replica of Jenny's green dress, which Serena wore for the fashion show, made for my 21st birthday dress.



Cant wait to wear this dress in Summer with sandals...
